???? Farewell to Our Wonderful LVI Campbell Girls????
27 June 2025 - Campbell

As the Academic Year draws to a close, we find ourselves saying goodbye (for now!) to our incredible LVI Campbell girls as they move on to the next chapter of their School journey. It’s hard to put into words just how much they’ve meant to us, but we’ll try…
From the moment they joined Campbell, these girls have brought so much warmth, spirit, and joy to the House. They are a remarkable group – smart, hardworking, kind, and endlessly caring. Whether it’s cheering each other on, staying up late helping the lower years with prep, or simply making the drawing room feel like home, they have been at the heart of Campbell life. Their laughter and positivity have lifted us through long days, and their maturity and strength have inspired everyone around them.
Not only have they excelled in academics, co-curriculars, and leadership roles, but they have also shown what it means to be a true role model: always there for younger years, offering a listening ear, a word of encouragement, or a helping hand when it’s needed most.
Reading their reflections on life in Campbell has been truly touching. It’s clear how much the House means to them – and just how much they mean to us. Here are some of their heartfelt messages, full of gratitude, humour, and affection:

“An unforgettable moment I will always remember is dressing up for House Innings – it was so funny to see each person in their outfit! One special tradition was the yearly House Dinner, where everyone came together to share stories and enjoy a meal. I really connected with others in the bigger dorms like Sagittarius and Capricorn. I felt especially supported during the public exams in U5 as we all encouraged each other not to give up. Campbell has really helped me grow and taught me how to be independent, while also reminding me of the importance of community. Living in the house wasn’t always easy, but it was where I learned resilience and kindness.”
???? Anna – LVI Campbell
“Life in Campbell House has been a big highlight of my time at this School. From the very beginning, Campbell was welcoming – from the House Spirit to the deep sense of community. One of the things I’ve loved the most has been the connections across different year groups – whether through dorms, family trees, activities, or everyday interactions. I’ve met so many different personalities and created countless cherished memories. Some of my favourite moments include cheering on friends during Sports Day, taking part in House Singing, and even our rivalry with Airlie during House quizzes! Being in Campbell has shown me the value of teamwork, and I’ll always be grateful for the time I’ve spent here.”

“It’s crazy to think five whole years have passed since we first joined Campbell. It feels surreal to be saying goodbye now and stepping down from my role as Head of House. The Campbell community has truly defined my experience at Wycombe – it’s where I’ve grown and flourished. The relationships I built with younger and older girls alike – from meaningful dorm chats to impromptu Mario Kart games – really showed me the power of a supportive House community. I’ve made so many memories here that I’ll cherish forever. I’m deeply grateful to the staff and all the girls who made this journey so meaningful.”
???? Steph – LVI Campbell
“Although this was my first year at Campbell, I felt welcomed from the very beginning – everyone was so kind and friendly, and Campbell quickly became a place where I felt truly at home. I’ll always remember the way everyone supported each other in our Mons kitchen. The sense of community here is so special. The support from House staff and the warmth of everyone in Campbell made this year unforgettable. I’ve grown so much in confidence and independence from my experience here. One moment I’ll always cherish is our hot chocolate gatherings in the common room while watching movies.”
????Izzy – LVI Campbell
“My time in Campbell has been an unforgettable and truly unique experience. The memories I’ve made here – I don’t think I could have made anywhere else. From dressing up as King Julian for House Innings, to being woken up with a tuba in my face (thanks to our former Housemistress!) – Campbell has been full of surprises. I think my fondest memory is the run-up to Christmas in Mons, that will always stay with me. I will miss Campbell – both the people and the place – deeply.”

With all our love and best wishes:
As you move forward to new adventures and exciting challenges, please remember that you will always be a part of Campbell. This House is your home, and you are forever our girls. We are so proud of all that you’ve achieved and the wonderful people you have become. Don’t be strangers—come back to visit us! The doors of Campbell are always open, and we will always welcome you with open arms.
