A Cloister Poem
25 March 2026 - Cloister

In Cloister House this Term just passed,
Success and spirit shone so vast.
With every week, the girls worked hard,
Their effort clear, their progress starred.
Music filled our rooms with pride,
Isabelle, Phoenix by our side,
Issy and Remi playing strong,
Each one triumphing through their song (music exams!).
Across the fields and courts they flew,
To Nationals, an inspiring crew!
Lacrosse, Squash and Netball, with grit they played,
In every category, their mark was made.
We ended the Term with House Lacrosse,
Against Team Rubens, no defeat, just loss
By inches only; still, we cheered,
Second place, and hearts endeared.
Our Outing brought such joyful sights:
Cloister Olympics reaching heights,
With pizza, films, and friends close by,
A perfect close as days went by.
Through every moment, big or small,
The Cloister girls supported all.
Another Term of strength and grace
Community our constant base.
Then came House Singing, voices strong,
A Hamilton number, bold and long.
With spirit fierce and harmonies bright,
They filled the hall with pure delight.
And now as Easter’s break draws near,
We wish the girls both rest and cheer.
May holidays be calm and kind
A peaceful pause for heart and mind.
